We currently ship to the United States (with free shipping) and the United Kingdom (with shipping fees calculated at checkout).

For U.S. orders, processing takes 2–4 business days, and delivery takes 3–10 business days. For U.K. orders, delivery takes 15–30 business days due to international handling.

Please ensure your information is accurate before submitting your order. If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us immediately at support@vastlandclothing.com; however, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have already been shipped.

For U.K. orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes determined by local regulations.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date for both U.S. and U.K. orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains/pet hair, in original packaging with tags attached, and tried on indoors only.

U.S. and U.K. customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds take 3–10 business days to appear back on your original payment method.
